Please remember this is a beta, if you find problems dont downrate submit a bug report! Also money is not yet implimented. Territory is a unique, social, location-based game. Players can create teams or join others to combine forces to try and conquer the world (literally). To start, create your user and either create your own team or join a friend's. Once the main game screen loads and you get a GPS fix you will see if the territory you are in has been claimed or if it is free. If the territory is free, snatch it up quickly by clicking the button to claim it. Once a territory is claimed your team's picture will appear along with the number of reinforcements that territory has. If the territory you are in has already been claimed you will see the owning team's picture, as well as the team's name in the header of the information box. If that isn't your team you can attack it to try and take it over. Each newly claimed territory starts with 50 reinforcements. Each time a territory is attacked at least 5 reinforcements are removed from it. After hitting the Attack button you will have to wait 1 minute to attack again. This means, in an undefended territory it will take a maximum of 10 minutes to take over a fully reinforced territory. If someone is attacking your territory you also have a chance to defend it, so it's a good idea to check up on your owned territories. If your territory has less than the maximum amount of reinforcements, tap the Defend button to replenish them. Each tap of the Defend button replenishes 5 reinforcements. After you hit the Defend button you have to wait 1 minute before you can defend again. You cannot reinforce a territory that you aren't currently in, so be sure to stay in it until you are complete replenished and are sure your competition isn't still in the area.
