Simply enter the approximate square footage of the roof and the Roof Estimator uses a predefined multiplier to provide an estimate. The multiplier can be changed in the Preferences... screen. The Detailed estimator will calculate a more accurate cost, and it will also supply a material list that you can email from within the app. To customize the Roof Estimator’s calculations, the Preferences... screen allows for changes to material prices and other variables.
