Making use of the Palm® webOS™Location Services, Send My Location for webOS provides a convenient way to let someone know where you are. Using one hand and a couple of taps, you can retrieve your location info, display it on a map, email it or send a text. Messages include location info as well as a link to Google Maps that plots your location. Perfect for letting people know where you are, coordinating a meeting location on the fly, or just recording a location by sending a note to yourself. Version 0.9.5 updates include : improved error handling, display of location accuracy and user preferences for txt contents. Version 0.9.6 updates include : additional user preference to allow for managing the size of txt message. Format changes to accommodate the screen size for the Palm Pixie phone.
