This is a software for monitoring stocks you are interested. If prices of the stocks changes,it will notify you.It can monitor stocks in background. First, you must add the stock to the watch list.It's very simple. you just type in the stock symbol. Then you set the thresh hold values, such as max bid price, min bid price, max change rate, min change rate(minus),also you can set the notify type, sound or banner notification. Scecond, you can click start monitoring to monitor stocks of the list. it will check in every 60 seconds in default, but you can modify the default interval value by clicking option menu.You may set any values,but be sure not set too small value, it maybe consume too much network data. . If you don't like to monitor the stocks, you can click stop monitoring, or you can uncheck the monitor status of the stock. you aslo can delete stock from the list.
